La Jolla Estate Cleanouts

Inspection log — entry 01

Estate cleanout in La Jolla, without the guesswork

Most of what gets sold as an estate cleanout is a truck and a crew with no plan. We walk the property first, put the scope in writing, and quote one flat number that does not move once work begins.

Chapter 01

What an estate cleanout assessment measures first

Every room is walked and logged, and donation and disposal routing is planned on the spot. Two hours, no charge, no sales pitch attached to the findings.

Readings taken on every visit

The walkthrough notes and a plain description of what needs to go — yours whether you hire us or not.

Chapter 02

The readings, before anyone quotes a price

Donation routing — usable items staged before disposal

Condition matters less than sentimentality. A worn or dated item is usually fine to donate. Anything flagged to keep at the walkthrough is set aside by hand, never bagged with the rest.

If the answer is that nothing needs repair, that is the answer you get, in writing, with the numbers that support it.

Chapter 03

The fixed price for estate cleanout work

One number covering the whole job. If we misjudge how much is inside, that is our cost to carry, not a change order sent to you in week two.
